The occurrence of frost has resulted in a delay of the PGA Championship 2023.

Everyone's worst nightmare came true when Oak Hill Country Club was chosen to host the PGA Championship in May.

Frost has caused the opening round to be delayed, and everyone has been told to stay off the grounds until the round is played.

The fairways were observed to be covered by a light or thin layer of frost.

As daylight broke, the temperature was approximately one degree above freezing.

The fact that the PGA Championship won't go on for very long is certainly welcome news.

The PGA of America said that the first tee time would be 1 hour and 15 minutes after the practice sites opened.

It is anticipated that the temperature will rise gradually throughout the remaining days of this week.
