Since the Vegas Golden Knights eliminated the Edmonton Oilers 5-2 in Game 6 on Sunday night, the drought will carry on to the Western Conference final.

After Connor McDavid and Warren Foegele gave Edmonton a 2-1 first-period lead, Jonathan Marchessault scored 3 consecutive goals for the Golden Knights.

They'll have an edge on home ice against either the Dallas Stars or the Seattle Kraken, who play in Game 7 in Dallas on Monday night.
