iPhone 14 Pro review
Today I have brought the review of iPhone 14 Pro. Today we will discuss what are the advantages and disadvantages of iPhone 14 Pro. iPhone 14 Pro was launched in September 16, 2022. Launching of the phone was announced in September 07, 2022. It has been launched after the success of iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
iPhone 14 Pro comes under sixteenth generation of iPhone. iPhone 14 Pro is available in four colors : Gold, Silver, Space Black, Deep Purple. The Display size of the iPhone14 Pro is 6.1 inches with a resolution of 2556 x 1179 pixels (2.9 megapixels) at 460 PPI. Display type is Super Retina XDR display LTPO technology. Dimension of the phone is 147.5mm (Height) x 71.5 mm (Width) x 7.85 mm (Depth/Thickness). The weight of the phone is 206 gram (7.3 oz.).
The operating system of the phone is IOS 16 specifically IOS 16.0 (20A357) and IOS 16.0.1 (20A371). They launched four different storage capacity : 128GB-6GB RAM, 256GB-6GB RAM, 512GB-6GB RAM and 1TB-6GB RAM.
Now let’s see how it’s Camera is. Front camera is 12MP (f/1.9). Rear cameras are 48MP (f/1.78) Main, 12MP (f/2.4) Ultrawide and 12MP (f/2.8) telephoto with 3x optical zoom. Apple iPhone 14 Pro has 48MP Sensor, That’s a biggest upgrade in 7 years. The Front Camera now has autofocus.
Video resolutions are up to 4K 60 fps, 4K 30 fps ProRes (256GB+), 4K 30 fps ProRes (128GB) and 4K 30 fps (Cinematic Mode).
Now let’s check the Battery capacity and performance of the phone. Battery capacity is 3200mAh (up to 22 hours video playback). Charging is fast charging (20W charger sold separately) Magsafe wireless charging (15W) Qi wireless charging (7.5W). it has Lithium ion battery. So, the battery life is vastly improved.
The phone has Apple designed A16 Bionic processor with 16 core neural engine. CPU is 6 core and GPU is Apple designed 5-core. Form factor of the phone is slate. In Addition, the phone has the water resistance, dust resistance and splash resistance. The refresh rate of the phone is 120 HZ.
Price of 128GB-6GB RAM is 999 Dollars. Price of 256GB-6GB RAM is 1099 Dollars. Price of 512GB-6GB RAM is 1299 Dollars and price of 1TB-6GB RAM is 1499 Dollars.
Disadvantages of iPhone 14 Pro
- No Sim tray
- No Memory card slot
- Photonic Engine can get a bit aggressive
- Worse battery life than last year
- Fast charging is limited to 20W
- More expensive compared to Predecessor iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max
