This surpasses the five-year, over $192 million contract that Ja Morant signed last year for a record sum.
Bane played 58 games in all this season and was Memphis’ second-leading scorer. During the regular season, he averaged 21.5 points, 5 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game while shooting 40.8% from beyond the arc. In addition, Bane finished second in scoring for the Grizzlies in their Round 1 loss to the Lakers.
After breaking a bone in his right big toe throughout a game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, he missed 17 games.
