Pfeffer is accused of committing a carjacking immediately after the officer was murdered. According to the authorities, the carjacking occurred close to the location of the murder. Early on Sunday morning, a suspect was taken into custody in Bucks County by the United States Marshals Service as well as local law officers. The suspect was transported to Philadelphia not long after the arrest, where he will undergo further processing.

A home invasion robbery that took place near Temple University was reportedly carried out by armed offenders.
